- 2/3 cup evaporated milk (I always use the evaporated milk because I think it makes the fudge creamier and better. I have not tried it with plain milk.)
- 1 cup pumpkin (100%, I use the canned pumpkin and have never tried it with any other kind)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 2 Tbsp. butter (or margarine)
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup nuts (your choice, Optional)
