I had only half the amount of the pasta and 1/3 of the mussels, but I had grilled squid on the side and toss some rest of the squit (that couldn’t fit into the oven) to the pot. However, I added the same amount of wine to the recipe wishing to cover the 8 half-shelled mussels in the first step. That was wrong :’) the sauce turned out to be more like soup. Nevertheless it’s an easy recipe to go through steps, easy pot, I love it and will make it again to try the correct proportion!!
