  • 1/4 cup olive oil (good, extra to drizzle on top)
  • 2 garlic cloves (fresh, peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 lemon (I use another juice of 1/2 lemon because I love that lemony flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika (for garnish)
  • 1 handful fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped for garnish)
