- 15 whole dried red chili peppers (chinese, don't eat these, they are for color and heat)
- 1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 3 cups scallions (coarsely-chopped, greens and whites)

Absolutely perfect! I made the recipe as it was and it is now a family favorite. I’ve never been to the restaurant, but it sure makes me wish we had one near us. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
