- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 4 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion (I used 3 tbsp onion but the recipe used 3 tsp. Add according to your taste)
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- water (Salted)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 6 green onions (chopped fine)
- 1 cup broccoli (chopped fine or use bean sprouts)
- 2 carrots (julienned)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (Roughly)
- 4 Tbsp. peanuts (Crushed, optional, we don't like peanuts too much so I skipped these)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
