COUSCOUS MOROCCAN CUISINE
If you are a big fan of the Moroccan cuisine, it seems to be very nice place to visit.Yes of course its on my ‘Place to travel’ list. I heard lots of stories about shopping culture in middle east. Moroccan people tend to be very friendly and warm. They seem to be more welcoming than any other country around the globe.
Ingredients

- 200 grams chickpea (cooked)
- 1 eggplant
- 6 brussel sprouts (cut into half)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 500 grams tomato sauce (organic)
- 2 capsicum (green)
- ginger (Small knob chopped)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 potato (roughly cut)
- 1/2 broccoli (break it in ot small)
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 3 mint leaves
- 100 mL coconut oil
- 250 grams couscous
- 100 mL olive oil

Directions
- Boil 320ml water.
- Place couscous in the bowl and add salt ,olive oil and half portion broccoli.
- Add boiling water to the couscous and cover with glad wrap ( airtight ). Leave it for 10 minutes.
