A twist on an ‘Irish Coffee’ served with Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream.

- 4 scoops vanilla (Carte D’Or, Light Ice Cream, 100g/200ml)
- 400 mL coffee (strong black, freshly made)
- 4 Tbsp. whiskey
- 4 tsp. sugar
- cocoa powder (Dusting of)

Directions
- Heat the whiskey and sugar in a small pan to dissolve the sugar.
- Pour the coffee into 4 serving glasses.
- Divide the whiskey mixture between the glasses and stir to combine.
- Scoop the Carte D’Or Vanilla Light Ice Cream into each glass and serve dusted with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
