- 1 pinch salt
- 5 large egg yolks (or 3 large eggs, chilled)
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tart shells ("sleeve" of frozen, 24 count)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 cups strawberries (sliced)
