- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee (or more, if you like it stronger)
- 1/2 cup milk (I like unsweetened almond milk ~ either vanilla or plain, which is only 30 calories per cup ~ so 15 calories used here. Coconut milk or regular milk are fine too)
- 1/4 cup coffee creamer (coconut liquid, If you can find the Almond Joy flavor, that's great too. Even a chocolate or mocha flavor would work ~ or use Italian Sweet Cream or French Vanilla, if you're using coconut milk {and those come in sugar-free} ~ about 70 calories here)
- 5 ice cubes
