I love this recipe for Cinnamon Cake with a crumb topping. The cake is super moist with lots of flavors from the nutmeg to the cinnamon. This is the perfect hostess gift, breakfast buffet cake or after dinner cake.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • crumb topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
