- 1 Tbsp. brandy (or aromatic liqueur)
- 1 Tbsp. water (only if needed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. coconut milk (or cream for egg white mixture)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (cashew, or other flour for coating eggs, most will not be used)
- mild olive oil (for deep-frying, about 2 inches deep in pan)
