I changed a few things, but it turned out pretty good. I caramelized the onions and omitted the garam marsala and green seasoning because I didnt have any. It ended up being a little watery, even after mashing half of the chickpeas, so I added some cornstarchand also some frozen peas.

My family and I all thought this recipe was a little bland. The water measurements are not exact (list says 3 cups, instructions say 4) and mine came out pretty watery. Had to add extra salt to make it less bland, but when added to rice the whole dish was good.
