- 4 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly grated black pepper
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeno (finely minced and dried on paper towels)
- 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated, grate your own, don’t use the shredded in the bag)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated good)
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 jalapeno (fresh, sliced into rounds, optional)
