- 1 cup jasmine rice (uncooked, wash & soak overnight with 8 cups of water/broth OR wash & drain off the water and freeze the rice grains)
- 4 century eggs (quartered or coarsely chopped)
- 5 mushrooms (thinly sliced - optional, you can put whatever you want. I used button mushrooms which I happened to have that day)
- spring onions (Chopped)
- 3 sprigs cilantro leaves (fresh)
- ginger (Julienne-cut)
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- white pepper (powder)
