- 1 Tbsp. coriander seeds (toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin seeds (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp. nigella seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (I used a garlic-infused olive oil, but that’s optional)
- 1 head cauliflower (cored and cut into small florets)

- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 nectarines (pitted and sliced)
- 1 ripe avocado (small, peeled and chopped)
- 1 mint (hearty sprig of, leaves thinly sliced)
