turned out really well, I used a mix of bacon grease and butter to fry, had a great crust. used sweet white onions instead of green, and added a Tbs pf grated parmesan and fresh garlic as well. My picky 9 year old really liked it too so very big win. super fast dinner. paired with sautéed asparagus and wild rice pilaf.

Love this recipe! The Mayo added a light sweetness and the celery gave the salmon a crunch! We will definitely make this my top canned salmon recipe!

Simple recipe and delicious! Made the patties smaller for snack size bites and I made it with wild fresh salmon. Pai loved it too! I will make it again!

A family favourite recipe. I need to add some more bread crumbs so it doesn’t fall apart as easily while frying.

Not bad!. I added capers and some dill, omitted onions. Would make again.
