Delicious. I'm very sensitive to salt so I thought it was too salty so I cooked extra rice on the side. My mom loves it too. I've made it twice already and will definitely make again.

Yummy. Husband loved it, did art a jalepeno and used crushed tomatoes instead of diced. Will make rice separately next time. Cooking with the lid off is a mistake if you want rice to cook properly.

so good! same as Cindy my rice wasn't fully cooked - that seems to be the case with every skillet-rice recipe but I'm young and learning. I'm excited to have this recipe!
