- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. salt (reduced soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (finely, shallots)
