My husband really liked this one better than the last one I made. He said just the right amount of garlic.

Easy. Didn’t used all the breading. Will cut it in half next time. But keep butter and garlic. Or maybe equal amounts of breadcrumbs & Parmesan and lemon juice with butter/ garlic.
4/23/2021: Added 2 tsp lemon juice to garlic butter.used same spicing, did equal amounts of breadcrumbs and parmigiana (1/3 cup)

Very delicious! I added fresh lemon juice and used garlic paste with the butter instead of fresh garlic. Will definitely make again.
