i did coat the chicken in italian breadcrumbs and bake in oven for 10 mins. before putting in the sauce. Turned out wonderful!

5 stars. Easy, quick and best of all, so tasty. I like to substitute shrimp too. Saute shrimp in the liquid, turn as soon as it turns pink and do again. Only about 2 minutes total or the shromp gets tough.

Surprisingly good! I thought it might be a miss because it looked too simple and ‘empty’, but it had a ton of flavor. Will be doing it again!

Probably the best of the Scampi recipes I've tried. Took some liberties, and replaced the chicken with shrimp, doubled the garlic (we love garlic) and extra crushed red pepper (some like it hot). Flagged this and will definitely repeat! Gave it 4 stars as there may be something better, but I just haven't found it yet...

I love this recipe it was very easy to make and my husband love it so if you want something quick I would go for it and try it
