- 3 Granny Smith apples (peeled, thinly sliced, chopped, makes approx 3 cups, chopped)

- 1 Tbsp. sucanat (or brown sugar)
- 3/4 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pinch sea salt

- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
