The texture is strange, like a very soft, kind of grainy pudding. Maybe it’s because i didn’t serve it with caramel sauce but it honestly didn’t taste very butterscotch-y

It came out nicely and was good for what it was supposed to be. The texture just caught me off guard and wasn't quite my thing. This was fun to make and something different from my norm. Only thing I changed was rum extract in place of actual rum.
