- 1 leeks
- 2 clove garlic (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 cups butternut squash
- 1 carrots
- 4 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions
- In 4-quart saucepot, melt Promise® Buttery Spread over medium heat and cook leek 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in squash and carrot and cook 1 minute. Add broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in spinach, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Simmer covered 2 minutes.
