- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 6 sage leaves (chopped)
- 3 sprigs thyme leaves (removed from stem)

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shreds)

- 4 cups kale (chopped, I like the bag from Trader Joe's)
