- 3/4 cup cashews (soaked in water for at least 2 hours, then drained)
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts (pinolos/)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 Tbsp. miso (I used red, use whatever you have)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 8 oz. gluten-free pasta (cooked)
- 2 cups butternut squash (roasted)
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (rough)
