- 16 oz. fresh spinach (this does not need to be measured exactly, feel free to make more if you really love spinach)

The link on this is broken but I found the recipe shown with a quick google search. It was awesome! So simple and easy to make. I don't cook, usually I have my husband for that but I made this 100% by myself and even managed to make homemade corn tortillas. the flavors of the tostada were perfect. Sweet, spicy, tangy and rich. I will definitely be making this again!!!!

The dish is easy to prepare for a quick dinner at home and the cream sauce was dope!! My boyfriend normally shies away from vegetarian dishes but this one got him going back for seconds and thirds!
