Very tasty! The mushroom bacon was interesting. It seemed to shrivel the mushrooms more than I’d care for. I might just sauté them next time. I also did not have the yeast or liquid smoke and so left that out. I also added some water to finish cooking the squash noodles as this took a bit longer than the directions noted. Otherwise I enjoyed the unique flavors and combination of ingredients.
