I accidently tipped in the whole can of coconut milk and it was still good. Added tumeric, cumin, fenugreek 1/2 teaspoons as well

Delish! I had some roasted butternut squash and chickpeas in the fridge so this was perfect, easy to follow and super quick to make. My family loved it!

Delicious! I'd probably use a little less tomato next time but that's a personal taste I guess. Will definitely make again.
