Absolutely the most delicious curry I've ever made. I would maybe reduce the salt by just a little. I only added about 1/8t of cayenne.

i was pretty disappointed with the flavor, it came out very bland. probably won't make this again.

Good. I’d make it again but definitely with some sweet potatoes. Others had good ideas to add more ingredients to make it hearty. And the broth thins it out, so maybe just half a cup next time

It had just the right amount of curry, love that there’s butternut squash in this dish which really added a nice touch to the colour. After making it I froze it so save for a dinner-in-a-hurry curry on those busy weeknights when there’s little time to cook. It turned out perfect!

Excellent. Since I'm a slow prepper, I used pre-cut frozen butternut and onions and pre-minced garlic in water. My only prep was grating the ginger and chopping the cilantro. Even with the short cuts it tasted gourmet!
