Solid 5 for this recipe! Absolutely amazing! I didn’t have any yeast so I just made it as a sauce with normal spaghetti (no butternut squash spaghetti) and it worked great! I added some salt and pepper (definitely needed) and some chilly flakes on top. Delicious! Will definitely do it again! (Even though i won’t need to cause the quantity of sauce with half a butternut squash is enough for at least 6 portions!)
