I loved this recipe and will definitely add this to my regular breakfast lineup! It's smooth and yummy without being overly sweet. I used the frozen organic chopped squash so this was a snap to make too! I think next time I might add a bit of chopped pecan or walnuts to get a bit of crunch and it might just be perfect.
