Super healthy with all the veggies! Substitutions due to what was on hand: gouda instead of brie, sliced zucchini instead of gr peppers, double the mushrooms-halved not sliced, spaghetti sauce due to no fire roasted tomatoes. Added a side of Trader Joe's meatless meatballs and a green salad. Very filling.
