they dont rise and get fluffy at all but i like that i can bite into these tasty muffins and know that they arent loaded with sugar and vegetable oil or anything. i made a batch to bring to my sisters house. all four of us siblings will be together for rhe first time in 12 years, so it calls for a apecial treat. they always loved my baking growing up!
