    I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this dish. The puree was just sweet enough to make the kale pop. The flatbread itself comes together easily and makes an impressive looking dish. A touch of citrus might go well.

    Really tasty flatbread recipe, it’s sweeter than you would expect but a great change from the traditional pizza recipes. I’d recommend it and plan to make it again in the future.
