Delicious pancakes! I had to add more buttermilk than the recipe calls for because of being at a higher elevation.

Wonderful! I can’t believe I’ve wasted all these years on Bisquick.

Solid pancake recipe. Used heavy cream instead of buttermilk, and they were great! Added blackberries to one set and blueberries to another. They were a hit at the table!

First time ever making buttermilk pancakes and I’m an experienced home cook. These came out perfect! The only thing I would recommend is using a griddle top without cooking spray. There is enough butter in the batter to get a light brown outside without burning or sticking. Otherwise, this one is going into my collection!

Soo good. Added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg and substituted buttermilk with 1 1/2 cup 2% + 3/4 cup eggnog and made Christmas pancakes! - so yummy.

Easy and delicious. The tip on “just mix until combined” was a helpful because I don’t really get the hang of not over mixing the batter.

I omitted the egg, for most breads egg doesn’t do anything. They were terrific!
