They came out so light and fluffy! My family really enjoyed these pancakes!

Good base recipe. We like a heartier pancake and I like to sneak healthy ingredients in for the kids
Exchanged 1/2 cup white flour for buckwheat flour I added 1 tbsp of flax meal, 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of quick oats. I did not need to add anymore liquids to get nice fluffy and super tasty pancakes!

Great this recipe closely follows one I use to use years ago. Pancakes was a weekend breakfast 👍 for many years.
