  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (try my homemade, aluminum & corn-free version here)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon guar gum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated cane juice
