- 2 eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
- 1 lemon
- 200 grams all-purpose flour (plain/)
- 100 grams self-raising flour
- 1/4 tsp. bicarb (baking soda)
- 220 mL buttermilk (about 1 cup minus 2 tbsp, or milk mixed with 1 tsp lemon juice)
- 2 cups sultanas (/raisins)
