    This turned pretty delicous. I did two batches and slightly burned on medium high heat. The second batch I went down to medium and the fish turned out great.

    Instead of adding garlic powder I added 4 smashed garlic gloves to butter, Also added rosemary on cod and after cooking I spray some lemon juice. So this cod was amazing!
    Yummmmm I had the skillet a little high so it was browner than I would have liked but still amazing taste
