This turned pretty delicous. I did two batches and slightly burned on medium high heat. The second batch I went down to medium and the fish turned out great.

Instead of adding garlic powder I added 4 smashed garlic gloves to butter, Also added rosemary on cod and after cooking I spray some lemon juice. So this cod was amazing!
