Terrific! Have made this bread at least a half dozen times, so far, and it’s tasty every time. Makes great toast and sandwiches. The little bit of baking soda adds a nice flavor. I use my mixer to knead it for about 7 minutes and that seems to work out just fine.

It turned out really great. I was nervous because I do not have a good track record when it comes to bread but this worker out well.. I reduced the sugar and salt content though, I thought the recipe called for a bit too much of those ingredients.
