Buttery and creamy but needed more flavor. Might try adding a garlic clove or using chicken broth instead of water next time for an added boost of flavor. Otherwise delicious.

Delicious! Family loved it did increase water to 1/2 cup, just to be on the safe side easy too

Loved the texture. I added some garlic powder and paprika to the butter/water. They were delicious

absolutely amazing! i had actually cut red potatoes in quarters, then realized i had no parsley, so i did a small sprinkling of mrs. dash. at the end of cooking, i cranked theheat to high, so i could have one side of the potatoes with a slight crisp.
thanks for the recipe, will make over and over again!

So good!
I subbed green onion for the parsley and added creme fraiche and served with green Cholula sauce.

I was very reluctant at first when I saw how little water was needed. But I gave it a shot and it was amazing! I used some butter that had Olive Oil and Sea salt in it, 1/4 cup and a 1/4 cup of salted butter. I also used a variety of Italian seasoning, not just parsley to spice it up a bit. Realy turned out well. Super easy to make.

Theses are wonderful and easy to make I let my water come to a boil after I put the potatoes in and then timed them for 20 minutes. Such a creamy sauce they end up with
