Turned out very good. I did need to cook the fish for 1 extra minute in the instant pot after 8 minutes they were at 124 degrees and we like our fish more cooked. Could of been because of the thicker bowl (fiesta). Flavor was great just don’t let anyone that’s watching their figure see the butter bath when you cook this flavorful fish.
