It was amazing, a friend caught the bass back is the summer and it was in our freezer for a couple months. I defrosted slowly and cooked just as the recipe said, it was the best ever. I will try this recipe for all my fish in the future. Thank you so much!

Yummly deliciousness!!! I cut the recipe in half since I was cooking for 2. I’ll make it again— bet it would be good using halibut.
