A nice shortcut to making butter chicken.
Usually it involves to first prepare the sauce and then cook the chicken in the sauce.
All in all genius.

It was good. Made little adjustments I used chicken tenderloins. Marinated the chicken in spices overnight. Added mixed peppers and added corn starch/water mix to thicken the sauce.

Mediocre, a bit too much lemon for my taste. A lot of ingredients to pull together. I will not make this again.

Perfect. I can’t handle food that is too spicy so I’ve never made Indian before, but I wanted to expose my daughter to different foods. This recipe was mild enough, but could be pumped up or down with spices as you want. I highly recommend for beginners who may be nervous with Indian dishes.

Really good!
During COVID, I've been shopping and cooking every other week rather than every week. If you're doing the same, recommend eating the leftovers within a few days. The sauce breaks down in the fridge.

Too tomatoey in my opinion but not bad maybe just add a little more yogurt little less tomato paste or purée

Awesome! Full or flavor and super easy to make! Highly reccommend. Used sour cream instead of yogurt and it still worked perfectly. Only thing was it was a bit runny so just added a flour/water mixture to thicken and it did the trick.

It taste delicious with roti or Naan bread.
Instead of finely chopping the onion, I blended mine.

If you followed the recipe and it doesn’t taste like butter chicken curry you know, add 1-2 tbsp of dry mustard

Pretty good! Overall it didn’t turn out exactly like I imagined but that’s probably my fault! Will make again though!

This turned out great! Be warned it makes a lot of sauce. Next time I’ll add another 1/2 pound of chicken

had to adjust the spice and added more butter and made it with heavy cream instead of half and half.

Quick and tasty recipe! Used a rotisserie chicken to prep a few meals so I used the breast meat for this recipe. The husband likes it as well so I'll be making this one again!
