- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 3 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cayenne (if you want to add some heat, a little heat really adds to it)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt (or a little more table salt)
- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece of, grated)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cayenne pepper (this time for the sauce)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- cooked rice (I prefer Basmati)
- cilantro (to garnish, optional)
