- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar (plus more to taste)
- ground black pepper
- kosher salt
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (or Vegetable Stock, plus more if needed)
- 6 kohlrabi (about 2-1/2 inches in diameter)
- 1 Tbsp. chives (finely chopped, or mint)
