Omg! These turned out amazing! These chops have SO MUCH flavor! I added rosemary (as I read the recipe wrong) and also some pork seasoning along with the thyme. Instead of using a cast iron skillet I transferred the chops to a glass baking dish (I preheated with the oven). I can’t believe how amazing these turned out, I will Most definitely be making these often !
