The cake was high and fluffly. I didn't have a springform pan so I baked it in a square Pyrex and it came out nicely. I just turned it over carefully and it was awesome. The top had a slight crispness but the inside was pillowy. I could also slice it in half to make two layers. What I like about this cake is that it's not overly sweet, it's very easy. I love how it's delicious by itself, but also accompanied with fresh real whipped creams or berries, or maple syrup. I think I will use this as a base for many cakes to come!

It was very light with a delicate taste but the fat oozed out of the bottom of the cake tin during baking. Will make it again as the family loved it!
