Don’t like cumin at all so I will probably leave it out of the recipe next time but otherwise pretty good! I did not make the eggs but made ground round instead with chilli powder. Will make again with a few tweaks.

Solid healthy weeknight meal I used the pioneer woman cauliflower rice recipe (sautéed), reduced the chili powder, and added green pepper.
