Better than I thought it would! There’s a moment when you pour in the extra sugar at the end where everything gets powdery looking if you lower t he heat too much - luckily the directions are very specific so I just kept going and it turned out just like the recipe. It was helpful to have second cook in the kitchen who poured while I kept stirring!! I would like a salty component so I may tweak it to add a pinch at the end
